Tau wipe orks from Merrin

As 008.M42 drew to a close the remaining Orks on Merrin were finally eliminated by concerted efforts by Tau forces led by StarFire. The sequence of skirmishes saw the Tau take the Merrin industrial heartlands and the Imperial Guard, less than a hundred miles away, were powerless to stop them. The commander on Merrin knew that the fast moving Tau would take the opportunity to decimate his forces if he left his defences and by 2312.008M42 all Ork territory had been taken by the Tau. Very few Orks survived the slaughter.
